Privacy Policy

Atlant ("Atlant," "we," "us," "our") is an AI-native procurement operating system for infrastructure projects, provided by Atlant Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Atlant, how we use it, and the protections in place around it.

Account Information — When you register as an Organisation, we collect: company name, sector focus, registered address, GST number, PAN or company registration number, and the name, email, and role of each user you add. When you register as an Individual, we collect your name, email, and phone number, and — only if you choose to identify as using the platform for business — basic business context.

Project & Procurement Data — Information you create or upload while using Atlant, including: project details, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), quotes, Purchase Orders, and any documents you upload — including tenders, technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Usage Data — Information about how you use the platform: pages visited, actions taken, agent interactions, and timestamps — used to operate, secure, and improve the platform, and captured in our audit trail (see Section 5).

We use the information above to: operate your account and the features you use; generate AI-assisted outputs (BOQs, tender summaries, supplier matches, and similar) from documents you choose to submit; maintain the security and integrity of the platform; communicate with you about your account and material changes to the service; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded project or procurement documents to train AI models outside the processing described in Section 4.

When you use an AI agent — for example, uploading a tender for the Tender AI Agent, or generating a BOQ — the relevant content is securely processed by Atlant AI specifically to perform the task you requested. This processing is scoped to your request: a document you upload is used to generate the output you asked for, not retained by Atlant for unrelated purposes or shared with any other organisation on the platform.

This is a factual statement about how Atlant is built, not a general assurance: every organisation's data — projects, documents, BOQs, RFQs, and communications — is isolated at the database security-rule level, not only hidden by the interface.

Access is additionally governed by role-based permissions (Admin, Procurement Manager, Engineer/Technical Reviewer, Finance Lead, Viewer) within your own organisation, and every consequential action is recorded in an audit log. No other organisation using Atlant — buyer or supplier — can access your data unless you explicitly share it with them (for example, by inviting a supplier to quote on a specific RFQ, which shares only the information relevant to that RFQ).

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at contact-us@atlant.com; some information may be retained where required by law or legitimate business record-keeping.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact-us@atlant.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform develops. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the product or by email.
