Project-centric, not module-centric
Most procurement software is a set of modules you reconcile by hand — a requisition tool here, a vendor list there, a contract folder somewhere else. Atlant is built around the project, because that is the thing being delivered.
One unbroken chain runs through the platform: project to bill of quantities, to bill of materials, to sourcing package, to request for quotation, to quote, to award, to purchase order, to contract. Every object holds a hard reference to the one it came from, so any figure anywhere can be traced back to the line of engineering that produced it.
See it yourself: Open any purchase order and use Trace to walk the full lineage back to its BOQ line.
