Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Atlant, provided by Atlant Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. By creating an account — as an Organisation or as an Individual — you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.

Atlant is an actively developing product. Features described in the platform may change, and some capabilities are released progressively. These Terms are written for that stage of the product and do not promise capabilities that are not yet available.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the registration information you provide, for keeping your credentials and multi-factor authentication device secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Organisation Admins are responsible for the users they invite, the roles they assign (Admin, Procurement Manager, Engineer/Technical Reviewer, Finance Lead, Viewer), and for removing access when a user leaves the organisation.

• Do not share login credentials between people.
• Notify us promptly at contact-us@atlant.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
• Keep your organisation's user list and role assignments current.

You retain all rights to the projects, documents, BOQs, BOMs, RFQs, quotes and other content you upload or create on Atlant. You grant us only the permissions necessary to host that content and to operate the features you use, including sending content you submit to an AI agent to the model providers described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you submit, including tender documents, drawings and contracts belonging to third parties.

You agree not to use Atlant to:

• Attempt to access another organisation's data, or to probe, scan or circumvent the platform's tenant isolation or access controls.
• Upload malicious code, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you are not permitted to disclose.
• Misrepresent your identity, your organisation, or your supplier credentials in the marketplace.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages to other users outside a genuine RFQ or quotation context.
• Resell, reverse engineer, or systematically extract the platform or its data other than your own.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that breach this section, and marketplace listings or supplier profiles that misrepresent capability may be suspended by the platform team.

Atlant provides the tooling for buyers and suppliers to publish listings, exchange RFQs and quotes, and record awards and purchase orders. Atlant is not a party to any resulting contract between a buyer and a supplier.

Verification badges indicate checks performed by the platform team on the information a supplier provided. They are not a warranty of a supplier's performance, solvency, quality or compliance. Buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence, contracting and payment terms.

Agent outputs — including tender summaries, generated BOQs and BOMs, contract term extractions, quote rankings and risk narratives — are decision support, not professional engineering, legal or financial advice. They can be incomplete or incorrect.

Outputs must be reviewed by a competent person before they are relied upon. Where the platform requires a human approval step (for example, resolving BOQ deviation flags or approving a purchase order), that step is a control you are responsible for exercising honestly.

We aim to keep Atlant available and performant, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, during provider outages, or while features are being released.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

Where paid plans apply to your account, the applicable fees, billing period and payment terms will be set out separately in your order or subscription agreement, which forms part of these Terms for that account.

You may stop using Atlant and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued use presents a security risk to the platform or its users.

On termination, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including retention where required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Atlant is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or anticipated savings. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, where no fees have been paid, to a nominal amount.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
